Finance, construct, operate, and maintain two schools for the Mayor and Burgess of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham

The Barking and Dagenham Schools project is a 26 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain Eastbury Comprehensive and Jo Richardson Community Schools for the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

The project reached financial close in March 2004.

The construction was carried out by Bouygues and involved capital expenditure of £47 million. The schools became operational in September 2005 and benefit from a long- term FM agreement with Barking and Dagenham School project Ltd which is controlled by Bouygues Construction SA.
