The Blackburn Hospital project is a 38 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain new facilities at the Queens Park Hospital in Blackburn. The client is East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Financial close occurred in July 2003.

The project involved capital expenditure of approximately £100 million and construction was completed in July 2006 by a joint venture team of Balfour Beatty Construction Limited and Haden Young Limited (both subsidiaries of Balfour Beatty plc, a UK- based civil engineering company).

FM is the responsibility of Cofely, a GDF SUEZ company.
