The Croydon Schools project is a 30 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain a secondary school and community library in Croydon. The client is London Borough of Croydon.

Financial close was reached in May 2004. Construction was started by Jarvis and completed by a subsidiary of Vinci in September 2006. Capital expenditure was approximately £20 million.

The school has been operational since construction completion in September 2006. Vinci also provides the Hard and Soft FM Services, which include cleaning, security, catering and helpdesk.
