Finance, construct, operate, and maintain one secondary and three primary schools for the London Borough of Ealing

The Ealing Schools project is a 29 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain one secondary school (Brentside) and three primary schools (Downe Manor, Gifford and Ravenor) for the London Borough of Ealing. Between them, they serve 2,800 staff and pupils.

Financial close was achieved in December 2002. Designed by Seymour Harris Keppie, supported by Buro Happold, the schools were built by Kajima Construction Europe (UK) Limited. Capital expenditure was £31 million.

All four schools became operational in 2004. Operations and maintenance services (FM services) are provided by Mitie.
