Finance, construct, operate, and maintain nine primary schools and one special educational needs facility for Fife Council

The Fife 2 Schools project is a 27 year concession to construct, finance and maintain nine primary schools and one special educational needs facility, on eight sites in the Fife area of Scotland. The client is Fife Council.

Financial close was achieved in December 2005.

The new schools were built by Miller under a £64 million fixed-price construction contract.

Operations commenced in 2007 and the schools currently provide places for 3,200 pupils. FES FM Limited provides both the Hard and Soft FM services to the project.
