Finance, construct, operate, and maintain four community fire stations and a training facility for Gloucestershire County Council

The Gloucester Fire and Rescue PFI project is a 26 year concession, procured by Gloucester County Council, to finance, construct, operate, and maintain four community fire stations and a “SkillZone”.

The project reached financial close in March 2011 and construction of the new facilities, which was undertaken by Kier Construction Limited, involved capital expenditure of £23 million. Construction was completed in early 2012.

Tascor Services Limited, a subsidiary of Capita, is providing FM services to the project.
