Finance, design, build, and maintain 14 primary care centres across the Republic of Ireland

The Ireland Primary Care Project is a 26 year concession to finance, design, build, and maintain 14 primary care centres across the Republic of Ireland.

New facilities were built in Dublin, as well as at locations in Galway, Kildare, Limerick, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Waterford, Tipperary and Wexford.

The project reached financial close on 25 May 2016. The total construction cost for the Project was approximately €145m.

Construction commenced in summer 2016 and finished in June 2018, with the centres being delivered by Balfour Beatty Ireland and JJ Rhatigan & Company.  Ongoing maintenance is performed by Aramark Ireland.
