The Project involves the design, construction, financing and maintenance of new teaching and research facilities for the Paris-Saclay University, on the Saclay Plateau, near Paris.

Financial close was achieved in April 2018.

The facilities will be built by Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest and will take approximately four years to complete.

The 25-year operational period commences at the scheduled construction completion date, with facilities management services and lifecycle responsibility subcontracted to Bouygues Energies & Services.

Capital expenditure is expected to be €302 million.
