HICL has an indirect investment in the Redbridge and Walham Forest LIFT (“RaW LIFT”), one of the 49 LIFT companies established as part of the Department of Health’s national Local Improvement Finance Trust (“LIFT”) programme. It has an average 25 year contract to deliver health and social care infrastructure for Community Health Partnerships Limited within the Redbridge and Waltham Forest area in North London.

Since its inception in 2004, RaW LIFT has delivered three health care facilities with a combined construction cost of £15 million.

The facilities are managed by AMP infrastructure while Rydon Maintenance Limited is responsible for delivering the Hard FM services.
