Finance, construct, operate, and maintain health and social care infrastructure for Community Health Partnerships Limited

HICL has an indirect investment in Prima 200 Staffordshire LIFT Ltd (“Prima 200”), one of the 49 LIFT companies established as part of the Department of Health’s national Local Improvement Finance Trust (“LIFT”) programme. Prima 200 has an average 25 year contract to deliver health and social care infrastructure to NHS and local authority clients.

Prima 200 covers the county of Staffordshire and since inception in 2005 has delivered 13 new or improved state-of-the-art facilities, as well as a number of property consultancy projects to map the estates requirements of local healthcare providers.

In addition to a range of primary and community care facilities, Prima 200 has developed an extra care village for over 55s in partnership with registered social landlord Aspire Housing. The Mill Rise Village development includes apartments, a health centre, pharmacy and other retail and leisure facilities.

Construction has been carried out using a number of construction partners. The capital cost of the facilities has been approximately £40 million. Hard FM services are provided by Integral.
