The Tyne and Wear Fire Stations project is a 26 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain seven fire station facilities and a headquarters building in Tyne and Wear. The client is Tyne and Wear Fire and Civic Defence Authority.

Financial close on the £23 million project took place in March 2003. Construction was carried out by Jarvis, and was completed in September 2005. Operations commenced in April 2006.
