Finance, construct, operate, and maintain student living accommodation for the University of Sheffield

The University of Sheffield Accommodation project is a 40 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain student living accommodation comprising 4,191 bedrooms. The project includes new-build and refurbishment of the retained estate at Endcliffe and Ranmoor campuses, together with Hard FM Services for the University of Sheffield.

The project reached financial close in May 2006. The construction was carried out by Bovis Lend Lease Limited and involved capital expenditure of approximately £160 million.

The project became operational in September 2009. Hard FM Services are provided by Cofely, a GDF SUEZ company.
