Finance, construct, operate, and maintain an academy and high school for West Lothian Council

The West Lothian Schools project is a 32 year concession to finance, construct, operate, and maintain two new schools: the Armadale Academy in Armadale and the Deans Community High School in Livingston. The client is West Lothian Council.

Financial close was reached in mid-2007.

The project was built by Dawn Construction and involved capital expenditure of approximately £60 million.

The two schools became operational in August 2009. Hard FM services are also provided by Dawn Construction.
